Our flagship line of Nitro Cold Brew is brewed for people who want real energy without compromise.
Naturally caffeinated and bold in flavour, every can is made right here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where we cold brew high-quality, organic coffee beans for 18 hours to bring out every smooth, rich note.
After brewing, we double filter the coffee to strip out the bitterness and leave only what matters — clean, full-bodied flavour with a velvety-smooth, low-acid finish that’s easy on the stomach. Then we infuse it with nitrogen for that signature creamy texture and pour that hits different.

MEET FOUNDER SHAWN BLACK
Sheepdog Brew Co. was built from a life of service.
Shawn started his journey in the army, where he learned discipline, grit and what it means to have someone’s back. After his time in uniform, he spent over 15 years working as a police officer in some of Winnipeg’s toughest neighbourhoods, standing watch through long nights and protecting the community he calls home.
Those years shaped more than just his work ethic. They built the foundation for this brand. The name Sheepdog comes from that calling: to protect the flock when the world gets loud, to stay steady when others look away.
What started as a way to make better coffee during early mornings and late shifts grew into something bigger. For Shawn, this has never just been about caffeine. It’s about purpose, community and the drive to look out for the pack.
